Das Thema meiner Präsentation ist: Fast Food oder Bio-Essen. Zuerst erzähle ich von meinen eigenen Erfahrungen, dann von der Situation in meinem Heimatland, danach nenne ich Vor- und Nachteile und äußere meine Meinung.
Ich esse ab und zu Fast Food, wenn ich wenig Zeit habe, aber meistens versuche ich, zu Hause zu kochen. Bio-Produkte kaufe ich selten, weil sie bei uns teurer sind und nicht überall zu finden.
In meinem Heimatland essen vor allem junge Leute in den Städten oft Fast Food, weil es schnell und günstig ist. Bio-Essen ist noch ein neues Konzept und vor allem für Menschen mit höherem Einkommen zugänglich.
Als Vorteil von Fast Food: Es ist schnell, günstig und praktisch, wenn man wenig Zeit hat. Als Nachteil: Es enthält oft viel Fett, Zucker und Salz und ist ungesund, wenn man es zu häufig isst. Bio-Essen ist dagegen gesünder und besser für die Umwelt, aber meistens teurer und weniger verfügbar.
Meiner Meinung nach sollte man Fast Food nur ab und zu essen und im Alltag lieber selbst und mit frischen Zutaten kochen. Bio-Essen ist ideal, aber nicht für jeden finanziell möglich.
