Ich komme derzeit oft erschöpft am Arbeitsplatz an, was sich negativ auf meine Leistung auswirkt. Mir ist bewusst, dass meine Abwesenheit im Büro Ihnen Unannehmlichkeiten bereiten könnte, doch das Arbeiten von zu Hause würde mir mehr Flexibilität ermöglichen.
