Hiermit wende ich mich an Sie, weil ich ein Anliegen habe: Ich habe mein Arbeitszeugnis leider während eines Umzugs verloren. Mir ist bewusst, dass Ihnen das Unannehmlichkeiten bereiten könnte, wofür ich mich herzlich entschuldigen möchte. Da ich mich um eine Stelle als Informatiker bei Mercedes-Benz bewerben möchte und das Zeugnis meinem Lebenslauf beilegen muss, wäre ich Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie mir ein neues ausstellen könnten.
