lassen Sie mich zunächst sagen, dass ich Ihnen sehr dankbar für die Gelegenheit bin, bei Ihnen zu arbeiten. Hiermit wende ich mich an Sie, weil ich ein Anliegen habe: Ich möchte gerne ab kommendem Montag an einer Fortbildung bei Mercedes-Benz teilnehmen, die mein Wissen im Programmierbereich vertiefen würde. Dafür müsste ich meine Arbeitszeit vorübergehend reduzieren. Mir ist bewusst, dass dies die Produktivität unserer Firma beeinträchtigen könnte, deshalb habe ich bereits mit meiner Kollegin Chantal Biya gesprochen: Sie ist bereit, einen Teil meiner Aufgaben zu übernehmen und dafür täglich zwei Stunden zusätzlich zu arbeiten.
