Ich bin derselben Meinung wie Amine. Ich denke aber, dass man verschiedene Sportarten betreiben kann, zum Beispiel Fußball, Basketball oder Joggen — alle sind gut. Sport hilft, gesund und fit zu bleiben. Ich selbst mache gern Sport, am liebsten fahre ich Fahrrad und gehe joggen. Ich finde es wichtig, ein regelmäßiges Trainingsprogramm zu haben, zum Beispiel zweimal pro Woche. Man darf aber nicht vergessen, dass Sport allein nicht genügt: Um wirklich gesund zu bleiben, muss man sich auch ausgewogen ernähren und genug schlafen.
