Auch Wissenschaftler sagen, dass man nicht nur Gemüse essen sollte, sondern auch etwas Fleisch, um wirklich gesund zu bleiben. Aus diesem Grund denke ich, dass eine ausgewogene Ernährung am besten ist — weder zu viel Gemüse noch zu viel Fleisch.
